Powder Coating: We do powder coating! We blast and clean
each part, then we pickle it in a zinc coating solution which provides rust
protection. We fill in SOME of the pitting on a part.
We can do your parts, or ours!
As a part of the standard process the chassis and under carriage parts are
coated on the heavy side for better and more durable protection. This also
adds a small amount of orange peal. More visual parts get a standard coat.
But we can tailor a process to your needs.
Component restoration: We specialize in subsystem
restoration or upgrades. We can make your sub assembly look like it just
came from the factory. Or we can upgrade and update the system to
function like it should for a daily driver. We are willing to tailor to your needs.
Kingpin/spindles: Yes we have the proper reamer for this!!!!
We can restore your kingpin and spindle assembly. .. and don't forget while
it is apart it is a great time to powder coat!!!
